About the Program:

Our reformer pilates program is built around controlled, intentional movement designed to improve strength, stability and overall movement quality. Each session is teacher-led and structured to guide you through a balance of strength, mobility and core-focused work, ensuring every movement has purpose.


Classes are delivered in a boutique studio environment, allowing for a more personalised experience with a strong focus on technique, control and progression. With smaller group sizes and attentive coaching, you'll receive the guidance needed to move well, build confidence and get more out of every session.
